When you are serious about purchasing a home, the first step is to determine what you can afford. Contact a lender (if you need one, Cliff can recommend a few good lenders), and after giving some basic information, you will have a good idea of your affordability, along with a letter from the lender that can be submitted with your offer. 

 

Cliff will ask you for some basic information - your price range, where you would like to live, what ammenities are important to you (is that two-car garage at the top of your list? or maybe a 3rd bedroom? Or single level?) Is your wish list bigger than your budget? Cliff can offer you a "sanity check" to ensure that you are getting the most for your money. We will work together to determine a search that meets your criteria. From there, Cliff will create a personalized, unique search using the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and can provide you with up-to-the-minute listings as they "go live!" You can even let him know via the website which properties interest you, and which ones don't, along with any comments you may have!
